It all started in Kent, where two friends—housemates by night and colleagues by day—bonded over a shared love of great food and a dream to do something different. Fuelled by Kents unique produce and countless late-night kitchen experiments, we decided to take a leap of faith and bring our culinary passion to the streets.

 

With a second-hand food truck, a handful of home-made recipes, and a lot of ambition, we hit the road. From local markets to festivals and everything in between, we’ve been serving up tender steaks,  irresistible gourmet burgers and loaded fries with a friendly smile ever since.
